Apparently, there is a new trend where candidates are grading themselves on their resumes—and not only that, but they are rarely giving themselves perfect scores! If you do not have full confidence in your ability to do the work, why would an employer?
Your resume should provide a prospective employer with a clear summary of your skills and your resume should not suggest you are anything less than the perfect fit.
