Bootcamp for Managers

This supervisory training is a workshop designed to provide participants with the fundamental skills and information they need to effectively manage their employees.

Upon completion of this training managers will:

• Understand the type of feedback they currently provide, identify areas in need of improvement, and learn specific and practical strategies to deliver effective feedback to enhance the likelihood of its positive reception;

• Understand the importance of effective communication, appreciate the importance of active listening, and develop and strengthen their existing communication skills;

• Develop new behavioral tools designed to create trusting and productive working relationships; and

• Understand key employment laws that should inform day-to-day managerial decisions.
